Because Tegh Rix products are custom-made motorcycle racing gear, returns and exchanges are limited.

We prioritize quality, rider satisfaction, and professional manufacturing standards.

Eligible Returns

Return or replacement requests may only be accepted in cases involving:

• Manufacturing defects
• Incorrect product delivered
• Major production or sizing errors caused by our team
• Shipping damage

Customers must report issues within 7 days of delivery and provide:

• Supporting photos
• Order information

Customized Products Policy

Customized or made-to-order products are non-refundable and non-returnable once:

• Production has started
• The order has been approved

However, if fitting adjustments or modifications are required, our team may assist with possible alterations depending on the situation.

Please note:

• Additional charges may apply for modifications
• Additional shipping costs may apply
• Production update fees may apply where necessary

Non-Customized Products

Products that are not customized or personalized may be eligible for a return or refund if they:

• Are unused and in original condition
• Include original packaging where possible
• Are returned within the approved return period
• Include proof of purchase or an order number

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Custom-made or personalized products
• Products made using customer-provided incorrect measurements
• Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
• Orders already approved for production

Exchanges

Size exchanges or modifications may be available in selected cases.

Return Conditions

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Provide photos of the issue
• Include your order information

Our support team will review the case and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Important Notice

Due to the nature of custom motorcycle racing gear production:

• Minor color variations may occur due to screen settings and display differences
• Small production variations may exist between digital previews and final products
• Production begins after order confirmation and approval
